These Terms & Conditions govern use of clothmart.online and purchases or enquiries made with Cloth Mart. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that transaction.

Products and availability

We sell readymade garments and hosiery goods. Product descriptions, colours, sizes, stock and pricing may change. Screen settings and photography can cause minor colour differences. An order is subject to stock availability and acceptance.

Pricing and payment

Prices and applicable taxes or delivery charges, where relevant, will be communicated or displayed before order confirmation. Payment must be made through a payment method made available by Cloth Mart. We do not ask customers to share card PINs, OTPs or banking passwords.

Orders

We may contact you to confirm order details. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment is not confirmed, delivery information is incomplete, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. Any eligible amount already received will be handled according to the applicable refund process.

Shipping, cancellation and returns

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit unlawful content, or impersonate another person.

Intellectual property

Website text, branding and original creative material belonging to Cloth Mart may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as permitted by law.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cloth Mart is not responsible for indirect losses arising from website unavailability or events outside reasonable control. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer rights and competent jurisdiction.
