Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal information that Cloth Mart controls, subject to information we must retain for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law.

How to submit a request

1. Email sales@clothmart.online.
2. Use the subject Data Deletion Request.
3. Provide enough information to identify the relevant account, enquiry or order (for example, the email address or phone number used with us). Do not send passwords, OTPs, card PINs or unnecessary identity documents.
4. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request to protect customer information from unauthorized deletion.

What happens next

After verification, we will review the request and delete or anonymize eligible information from systems under our control within a reasonable period, subject to applicable retention obligations. Information held independently by payment providers, couriers, social platforms or other third parties may need to be addressed under those providers’ own privacy processes.
